Calypso is a game where you fight through the stages of grief, along side your cat, Calypso. Along the way you will meet many people dealing with their own grief, and think back on your memories with lost loved ones.

This is a project that I am developing for my senior thesis at Skidmore College. The work is a continuation of my themes of grief after the loss of my grandfathers and my childhood cat. I use the medium of video games because they bring my programming and animating skills to life in an exciting way, and they are a great form of interactive story telling. I want the player to become attached to Calypso and the people they meet along their journey through grief, and what better way than to be an active participant.
